Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

Our website www.navycrockett.com.au and www.navycrockett.com (Site) includes items for purchase. If you would like to return, exchange or refund an item you have purchased from the Site (Order) please notify us by logging into your account, and finding the order, then "Request A Refund" to begin your refund request.

If you are returning the item because it is faulty or damaged:

  1. We will require you to provide photos of the faulty item to confirm that it is faulty or damaged  
  2. If required, we will provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post bag for you to return the faulty item 
  3. Once the item has been received by us, we will offer you a full refund, store credit for the same value, or the option of exchanging the faulty item for a new item of the same description, and 
  4. If you have chosen the option of a full refund, or store credit, we will refund to you any shipping costs for that item that you have paid with the original Order.


If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or for any other reason:

  1. You will need to pay for all the associated shipping costs, including but not limited to the shipping cost for the returned item as well as the shipping cost for the new item if there is an exchange
  2. You must return the item to us at the address that we provide to you 
  3. Once the item has been received by us, we will offer you store credit of the same value, or the option of exchanging the item for a different item, and
  4. We are unable to provide a refund for the shipping costs of the original Order


If you are returning an item because it is different from the description on the Site:

  1. We will provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post bag for you to return the item
  2. Once the item has been received by us, we will offer you a full refund, store credit for the same value, or the option of exchanging the incorrect item for the correct item, and
  3. If you have chosen the option of a full refund, or store credit, we will refund to you any shipping costs for that item that you have paid with the original Order.


Once we have received your returned item we will process your refund and notify you by email to confirm that the refund has been completed.

The refund will be processed using the same method as was used for the original Order, that is, the refund amount will be credited to either your credit card account or PayPal account as applicable.  Any discounts that applied on the original Order will carry over in the case of an exchange, except for in the case of a return for change-of-mind.

In addition to any rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, unwashed, unused, unworn items that are in the original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of receiving the original Order.

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged, except where the item is faulty or damaged: food items, any item that has been customised or custom-made, underwear/swimwear, and any item that has been used, washed or worn, or is unable to be resold in our discretion.

We will not be liable for an item that is lost in transit while being returned.
